摘  要:森林冠层光合组分确定的光合有效辐射吸收比例FPAR(绿色FPAR)真实地反映了森林吸收太阳辐射进行光合作用的能力,确定绿色FPAR与植被指数之间的关系对于快速估算森林的光合能力和碳循环研究具有重要意义。本研究以针叶林为研究对象,利用冠层辐射传输模型分离冠层光合组分和非光合组分吸收的太阳光合有效辐射,计算冠层绿色FPAR,分析冠层绿色FPAR与5种植被指数(NDVI、EVI、EVI2、ARVI、SAVI)的关系,同时结合大气辐射传输模型6S,分析绿色FPAR与植被指数关系对大气气溶胶的敏感性。结果表明,EVI与冠层绿色FPAR有最高的相关系数,其次为ARVI、EVI2,NDVI与绿色FPAR的相关性最低;冠层绿色FPAR与EVI的相关关系对大气气溶胶的敏感度最低,与SAVI的相关关系对气溶胶变动最为敏感。这意味着在基于遥感数据反演冠层绿色FPAR时,EVI是一个重要的参量。The forest canopy is composed of photosynthetically active vegetation(PAV,green leaf)and non-photosynthetic vegetation(NPV,e.g.stem,branch,litter),but only the photosynthetically active radiation(PAR)absorbed by PAV is utilized for photosynthesis.The faction of absorbed photosynthetically active radiation(FPAR)from PAV(FPAR PAV)represents the ability to absorb radiation and photosynthesize.In this study,two radioactive transfer models:Scattering by Arbitrary Inclined Leaves(SAIL)model and Second Simulation of the Satellite Signal in the Solar Spectrum(6S)model were used to model canopy PAR absorbed by NPV and PAV and atmospheric effect on the canopy reflectance.The relationship between the canopy FPAR(total FPAR and FPAR PAV)and five vegetation indices including NDVI,EVI,EVI2,ARVI,SAVI and their sensitivity to atmospheric aerosol optical depth(AOD)were analyzed.The results showed that FPAR PAV rose with the increase of canopy plant area index,and the FPAR PAV was close to the total FPAR for the coniferous forest.There was the highest correlation coefficient between FPAR PAV and EVI.The correlation between FPAR PAV and ARVI followed it,and the correlation coefficient between FPAR PAV and NDVI was the smallest.With the variation of AOD,the correlation coefficient between FPAR PAV and EVI only demonstrated vary small variation,and the correlation coefficients between FPAR PAV and SAVI,NDVI had relative high variation.This means that the relationship between FPAR PAV and EVI is more stable than other vegetation indices.Therefore,EVI is able to play an important role in FPAR PAV inversion based on remote sensing data.
