摘  要:为了研究不同残余应力分布模式和钢材强度等级对焊接工字形截面梁整体稳定性能的影响,采用ANSYS有限元软件建立了有限元模型,通过与相似试验的对比,证明了有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上对屈服强度为235 MPa,345 MPa和460 MPa的钢梁分别进行考虑残余应力和不考虑残余应力的有限元分析,结果表明,残余应力会使钢梁整体稳定性能降低;钢梁整体稳定承载力会随着钢材强度的提高而提高。In order to investigate the overall stability behavior of different high strength steel and residual stress distribution of welded I-section beam, a finite element model was established by using ANSYS finite element software. The correctness of the finite element model was proved by comparing with similar tests. Based on this, the finite element analysis of steel beams with yield strength of 235 MPa, 345 MPa and 460 MPa considering residual stress and not considering residual stress is carried out respectively. The results showed that residual stress will decrease the overall stability performance of steel beams, and the overall stability bearing capacity of steel beams will increase with the increase of steel strength.
