摘 要:在结构强度疲劳试验过程中,对试验件的边界需要进行实时监测,因此在试验件位移较大的部位安装限位开关,对试验件在整个周期的加载过程中进行位移限制保护。对于大结构试验件,其监测通道越来越多,以往的诊断箱集成度低无法满足要求。基于此,研发了新型故障诊断箱,将多通道监测数据有效集成,此外,还对故障诊断箱的振动强度进行了分析,并给出了设计改进意见。In the process of structural strength fatigue test, the boundary of the test piece needs to be monitored in real time,so the displacement limiting switch is installed in the part of the large displacement of the test piece to carry out displacement limiting protection during the whole loading period of the test piece. For large structure test pieces, there are more and more monitoring channels, and the low integration of the previous diagnostic box can not meet the requirements. Based on this, a new type of fault diagnosis box is developed, which effectively integrates multi-channel monitoring data. In addition, the vibration strength of the fault diagnosis box is analyzed, and some suggestions for design improvement are given.
