摘 要:离心压缩机是应用于石油、冶金、化工等领域重要的气体压缩设备,压缩机法兰形式的选用直接影响压缩机与管道连接的密封效果,其中风筒法兰上的密封水线可提高密封性,但水纹线的加工是压缩机制造过程中的难题。以某型压缩机为试验对象,利用便携式法兰端面加工设备对风筒法兰密封面进行加工,验证了产品加工质量,改变了传统镗、铣床加工方法,经计算,缩短了产品制造周期,节约了加工成本,为离心压缩机风筒法兰密封面水纹线的加工提供了实践经验,为优化加工工艺奠定了技术基础。Centrifugal compressor is an important gas compression equipment used in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry and other fields. The selection of compressor flange type directly affects the sealing effect of the connection between compressor and pipeline, and the sealing waterline on the duct flange can improve the sealing performance. But the water line processing is a difficult problem in the compressor manufacturing process. Taking a certain type of compressor as the subject, the sealing surface of the air tube flange is processed using the portable flange end face processing equipment, the processing quality of the product is verified,the processing method of the traditional boring and milling machine is changed, and the product manufacturing period is shortened by calculation. This saves the processing cost, provides the practical experience for the machining of the sealing surface of the centrifugal compressor air duct flange, and lays the technical foundation for the optimization of the processing technology.
