摘　　要：随着中国全球化程度日益加深,国际社区在中国越来越多。如何更好地实现中外居民共融,打造友好和谐的国际社区,是当前社区社会工作探讨的一个方向。在社会工作优势视角的指导下,可以有效挖掘国际社区的个人、团体、组织、关系等资源优势,转变传统社区治理模式,促进国际社区的转型升级,实现国际社区中外居民的和谐共处,构建全民共享的社会治理格局。With China’s increasing development in the process of globalization,more and more international communities are growing in China.It is a trend of the current community social work to achieve the communion of Chinese and foreign residents,and to create a harmonious international community.Under the guidance of the strength perspective of social work,it can excavate the advantages of the human resources,the community groups,the social organizations and administrative resources,encourage the residents of the community to build the community platform and provide services actively,stimulate the spirit of volunteerism and community autonomy,change the traditional community governance model and promote the transformation and upgrading of the international community,which will provide a new theoretical perspective and practical model of social work in international community governance.
