合肥地区春季茶园真菌区系的初步研究

摘　　要：指出了茶树叶片上的真菌微生物种类很多。通过常规分离方法在实验室内对春季茶园真菌进行了分离、培养,并鉴定到属实验。结果表明:春季茶园分离到的真菌种群分别为:链格孢属(Alternaria)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、尾孢属(Cercosporasp)、头孢属(Cephalosporium)、枝孢属(Cladosporium)、镰孢属(Fusarium)、长孺孢属(Helminthosporiuim)、大茎点属(Macrophoma)、青霉属(Penicillium)、拟盘多毛孢属(Pestalotiopsis)、茶叶点霉(Phyllosticta theaefolia)、白色絮状菌丝不产孢真菌。There are many species of fungi in the tea plant's leaves.In this experiment,the fungi of the spring tea plant were isolated,cultured and identified by normal isolaling methods in the laboratory.The fungus species isolated from the spring tea plant are:Alternaria,Aspergillus,Cercosporasp,Cephalosporium,Cladosporium,Fusarium,Helminthosporiuim,Macrophoma,Penicillium,Pestalotiopsis,Phyllostictatheaefolia.White flocculent mycelia do not producefungi.
