摘　　要：针对传统佣金规则配置存在的瓶颈和弊端,经过对佣金政策进行分解、抽象和模块化,提炼出佣金规则模板,给出了佣金规则模板化配置的解决方案:由IT部门负责封装和维护结算因子,业务部门可以轻松完成佣金规则配置与发布;借助Dubbo框架,设计了系统的配置流程和功能模块,给出了系统的实现方案;重点介绍了因子封装与应用方法,并实例说明了规则配置业务化封装的设计与实现过程.业务化封装的规则配置功能的实现对进一步提高电信智慧运营中的IT支撑效率具有重要的指导借鉴意义和应用参考价值.In view of the bottleneck and malpractice of the traditional commission rule configuration,the commission policy is decomposed,Abstract:ed and modularized,the commission rule template is extracted,and the solution of the commission rule templating configuration is given.The IT department is responsible for encapsulating and maintaining the settlement factors,and the business department can easily complete the allocation and release of the commission rules.By means of Dubbo framework,the configuration flow and function module of the system are designed,and the implementation scheme of the system is given.The method of factor encapsulation and application is introduced emphatically,and the design and implementation process of rule configuration business encapsulation is illustrated by examples.The implementation of the rule configuration function of business encapsulation has important guidance and reference significance for further improving the IT support efficiency in the intelligent operation of telecom.
