摘  要:以聚丙二醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯合成聚氨酯预聚体,并用响应面法研究了苯酚封闭预聚体,拟合出方程,确定了封闭最佳工艺条件为封闭温度76℃、苯酚/异氰酸酯基摩尔比值1. 5、每100 g预聚体催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡0. 9 g以及封闭反应时间120 min。最后用红外光谱对预聚体制备及封闭机理进行了表征。The polyurethane prepolymers were synthesized by polyoxypropylene glycol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate.The synthesis of phenol-blacked prepolymers were studied by response surface methodology.The equations were fitted out and the optimum conditions for blocking were determined as below:the blocking temperature was76℃,molar ratios was1.5,the amount of catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate per100g of prepolymer was0.9g,blocking time was120min.Finally,the preparation and blocking mechanism of the prepolymer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.
