摘 要:低品位高铁铝土矿矿石硬度较高而易过磨,造成浮选指标恶化。通过QEMSCAN分析磨矿产物各粒级组成,发现磨矿产品粗、细粒级两级分化严重且大部分三水铝石矿物在细粒级矿样中富集。考查了磨矿细度、抑制剂添加量、高分子调整剂添加量、捕收剂用量与浮选矿浆浓度等单因素对浮选的影响并确定最优浮选条件。在最优浮选条件下进行闭路试验,取得了精矿氧化铝含量54.47%、铝硅比7.02、氧化铝回收率75.96%的良好浮选指标。Overgrinding occurs because of high hardness of low-grade high-iron bauxite, leading to deterioration of the flotation index. QEMSCAN instrument was introduced to analyze the mineral compositions of grinding products screened into a variety of size ranges, and it is found that there existed polarization between coarse- and fine-grained fractions and enrichment of gibbsite in the fine-grained fraction. Effects of single factors such as grinding fineness, depressant dosage, macromolecule regulator dosage, collector dosage, and pulp concentration on flotation were investigated to optimize processing parameters. A closed-circuit test operated at the optimal flotation conditions resulted in the concentrate containing 54.47% Al2O3 with recovery at 75.96%, and A/S ratio at 7.02.
