摘　　要：目的评价PDCA循环引导的全程糖尿病健康教育的实施效果。方法 62例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各31例。治疗期间对照组实施常规健康宣教,观察组在对照组基础上实施PDCA循环引导的全程糖尿病健康教育。对比2组患者血糖控制效果。结果出院后半年,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 PDCA循环引导全程健康教育模式能进一步改善糖尿病患者血糖控制效果。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of whole-process diabetes health education guided by PDCA cycle in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 62 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.Patients in both two groups received routine care and health education during the treatment,and those in the observation group were given whole-process diabetes health education guided by PDCA cycle.The efficacy of interventions on blood glucose control was evaluated.Results At six months after discharge from hospital,patients in the observation group achieved better outcomes in control of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process diabetes health education guided by PDCA cycle is effective to improve the blood glucose control in patients with diabetes mellitus.
