基于ALLEN试验的示指感知定位法在桡动脉采血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索基于ALLEN试验的示指感知定位法在桡动脉采血中的应用。方法选取2016年6月—8月268例经桡动脉采血的受试者为对照组,采用常规示指感知定位进行桡动脉穿刺采血; 2016年9月—11月240例经桡动脉采血的受试者为观察组,采血前,用ALLEN试验方法对受试者桡动脉进行侧支循环评估,ALLEN试验结果阳性,方可经此桡动脉通过示指感知法进行穿刺采血。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率为84. 17%(202/240),显著高于对照组的72. 17%(195/268)(χ~2=9. 645,P=0. 002);临床操作护士对基于ALLEN试验的示指感知定位法在桡动脉穿刺采血中的应用认可度较高。结论基于ALLEN试验的示指感知定位法应用于桡动脉采血能有效提高护士一次穿刺成功率,且获得临床护士较高认可。Objective To explore the method of raising the success rate of one-time radial artery puncture blood sampling by application of index finger palpation based on ALLEN test.Methods 268 subjects from June to August of 2016 were selected as control group who were performed radial artery blood sampling by routine index finger palpation method,and 240 subjects from September to November of 2016 as observation group who was performed radial artery blood sampling based on a positive result in ALLEN test to assess collateral circulation of radial artery.Results The success rate of one-time radial artery puncture blood sampling in observation group was 84.17%(202/240),higher than 72.17%(195/268) in control group (χ^2=9.645,P =0.002).Moreover,index finger palpation based on ALLEN test in the radial artery blood sampling was highly recognized and used by nurses.Conclusion Applying index finger palpation based on ALLEN test in the radial artery blood sampling can improve the success rate of one-time puncture blood sampling,and be highly accepted by nurses.
