规范化护理预防前列腺电切术后下肢深静脉血栓发生的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化护理预防前列腺电切术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法 86例前列腺电切术后患者86例分为对照组与研究组,各43例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上开展规范护理预防下肢深静脉血栓。观察2组患者手术后下肢静脉血栓发生情况。结果研究组术后未发生下肢深静脉血栓,对照组6(13. 95%)例患者发生下肢深静脉血栓,2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对前列腺电切术后患者予以规范护理,可有效预防患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成。Objective To investigate the standardized nursing management in prevention of lower-extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after transurethral resection of the prostate. Methods Totally 86 patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate were assigned to the control group and the study group, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine care after the surgery, and those in the study group were given standardized nursing management to prevent the lower-extremity DVT. The incidence of DVT was compared between two groups. Results No cases of lower-extremity DVT in the study group and 6 (13.95%) cases of lower-extremity DVT were identified, with a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The standardized nursing management is effective to prevent the lower-extremity DVT after transurethral resection of the prostate.
