摘  要:本文通过对澜沧江上游旱冬瓜林、示范林、桉树林、果园和云南松林5个不同林分类型的土壤进行微生物和生化作用实验分析,结果表明:微生物总数趋势为旱冬瓜林>示范林>桉树林>果园>云南松林;生化作用也表现为旱冬瓜林最高,云南松林最低。同时微生物数量、生化作用均表现出随土层加深而递减。相关性分析表明:细菌和真菌与生化作用的相关性较好,而放线菌与生化作用相关性不显著。It was studied the microbial and biochemical effects of five types of soils in dry winter melon forest,demonstration forest,Eucalyptus forest,orchard and Pinus yunnanensis forest in the upper reaches of Lancang River.The results showed that the trend of total microbial numbers was dry winter melon forest > demonstration forest > eucalyptus forest > orchard > Yunnan pine forest.The dry winter melon forest is the highest in the biochemical effects while the Pinus yunnanensis forest is the lowest.At the same time,the number of microorganisms and the biochemical effect showed a decreasing trend with the deepening of soil layer.The correlation analysis showed that bacteria and fungi had good correlation with biochemical action,while actinomycetes had no significant correlation with biochemical action.
