基于改进生态足迹因子的元阳县可持续发展研究

摘　　要：随着哈尼梯田2013年成功申报世界文化遗产,元阳县哈尼梯田周边生态系统和人口资源环境的可持续性发展成为当地关注的焦点。本文通过对元阳县2003～2012年各年均衡因子和产量因子的测算,采用改进生态足迹因子的国家公顷,来衡量元阳县可持续发展状况。结果表明:元阳县均衡人均生态足迹由2003年的0. 667492hm2持续增长到2012年的1. 009690hm2,均衡人均生态承载力由2003年的1. 148355hm2波动下降到2012年的0. 918807hm2; 2012年元阳县人均生态赤字为0. 090883hm2,处于不可持续发展状态。为此,提出提高耕地和水域生态承载力、优化产业结构、减少林地和草地生态足迹需求的可持续发展对策。With the successful declaration of Hani Terrace for World Cultural Heritage in 2013,the sustainable development of ecosystem and population,resources and environment around Hani Terrace in Yuanyang County has becoming the focus of local attention.Based on the calculation of the balance factor and yield factor of Yuanyang County from 2003 to 2012,the sustainable development status of Yuanyang County was measured by improving the National Hectare of ecological footprint factor.The results showed that the average ecological footprint per capita increased from0.667492 hm2 in 2003 to 1.009690 hm2 in 2012,while the average ecological carrying capacity per capita decreased from 1.148355 hm2 in 2003 to 0.918807 hm2 in 2012,with the ecological deficit per capita in Yuanyang County of 0.090883 hm2 in 2012,which was in an unsustainable state.Therefore,the sustainable development countermeasures were put forward to improve the ecological carrying capacity of cultivated land and water area,optimize the industrial structure and reduce the ecological footprint demand of forest land and grassland.
