试析医院档案管理在医院文化建设中的作用

摘　　要：近年来,医院档案管理发展迅速,为推动医院文化建设做出了较大贡献。作为医院文化建设的重要组成部分,医院档案管理的发展不仅关系着医院自身的积累与发展,对我国医院的整体发展水平也具有重要影响。论文提出了档案管理在医院文化的建设中的导向作用与积极作用,并针对医院档案管理在医院文化建设中的优化提出了一些建议。In recent years, the hospital archives management has been developed rapidly, which has made great contribution to the construction of hospital culture. As an important part in the construction of hospital culture, the development of hospital archives management is not only related to the accumulation and development of hospital itself, but also has an important impact on the overall development level of Chinese hospitals. The paper puts forward the guiding role and positive role of archives management in the construction of hospital culture, and puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of hospital archives management in the construction of hospital culture .
