微信在哮喘患儿延续护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨哮喘患儿更佳的护理管理方法。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年5月100例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,在出院前随机分成观察组和对照组(n=50)。观察组患儿给予微信平台延续护理;对照组患儿给予常规延续护理。观察两组患儿1年内的病情控制情况(急性加重的次数及住院次数;哮喘控制测试得分;最高峰值流速变异率)及家长的满意度情况。结果:观察组患儿复诊急性加重的次数及住院次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);最高峰值流速变异率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);哮喘控制测试得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);患儿家长满意度及疾病知识掌握明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"微信"平台的应用有助于儿童哮喘病情控制,患儿家长满意度高;采用"微信"平台进行护理干预是一种较佳的延续护理管理方法,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To evaluate the effects of Wechat in continuous nursing of asthmatic children.Methods:One hundred children with asthma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n=50)between January 2015 to February 2016.Children in the observation group were given care under the platform of Wechat.Children in the control group were given routine care.Parental satisfaction and disease progression(acute exacerbations and the number of hospitalizations,the score of asthma,maximum peak velocity variation rate)were observed for one year.Results:The score of asthma of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The maximum peak velocity variation rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of acute exacerbation and the number of hospitalization of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Parents′satisfaction and disease knowledge were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of“WeChat”platform is helpful to the control of children′s asthma and the parents′satisfaction.The use of“WeChat”platform for continual nursing intervention is a good way to promote nursing management.
