摘  要:目的:探讨腓骨截骨联合关节清理术治疗早、中期膝内侧间室骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:收集医院收治的符合纳入标准及排除标准的早、中期膝内侧间室骨性关节炎患者60例,其中30例患者单纯行腓骨截骨,30例患者行腓骨截骨联合关节清理术,记录并比较两组患者术前及术后随访的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)、膝关节评分及膝关节协会评分(KSS)。结果:术后,腓骨截骨+关节镜清理组及单纯腓骨截骨组患者的HSS、KSS评分均高于术前,VAS评分均低于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腓骨截骨+关节清理术治疗早、中期膝内侧间室骨性关节炎疗效显著,并优于单纯腓骨截骨术,是治疗膝内侧间室骨性关节炎的有效方法。Objective:To explore the efficacy of fibula osteotomy + joint clearance for early and middle knee osteoarthritis. Methods:collected in hospital were met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the early and mid knee medial compartment osteoarthritis 60 patients, 30 cases of simple line of fibula bone cutting, 30 routine fibula bone cutting and joints, clean up, record and compare the two groups of preoperative and postoperative followup visual analogue scale(VAS), the U.S. special surgical hospital knee score(HSS), knee score and knee society score(KSS). Results: postoperative and fibula bone cutting and arthroscopy cleaning group and simple fibular bone cutting HSS, KSS score were higher than in patients with preoperative, VAS scores were lower than that of preoperative, differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: the fibula bone cutting and joint cleaning treatment early, mid knee medial compartment osteoarthritis curative effect is distinct, and is superior to the pure fibula osteotomy, are effective in the treatment of knee medial compartment osteoarthritis method.
