摘 要:为了探索紧凑型小型化高功率微波器件的设计技术,采用理论结合仿真分析的方法,对由螺线管和永磁铁组成、用于高功率微波器件强流二极管的组合引导磁场分布特性进行了研究。首先给出一种紧凑型强流二极管组合引导磁场的结构设计,然后对螺线管与径向充磁永磁体的磁场位型分别进行了理论分析,得到该组合引导磁场结构设计的合理性,最后对该结构中各物理参数与磁场位型的关系分别进行仿真分析,并介绍了该组合引导磁场下轴向环形电子束引入器件的粒子模拟结果。结果表明,通过调节螺线管的电流、匝数及永磁体径向充磁大小和两者间距,可以明显调节二极管区组合磁场的分布,从而达到高效率的电子束引入需求。该研究结果为小型化二极管的设计打下了基础。In order to explore the design technology of compact and miniaturized high power microwave devices, the combined guiding magnetic field distribution characteristics of high current diodes for high power microwave devices composed of solenoids and permanent magnets were studied by combining theory with simulation analysis. Firstly, the structure design of a compact high current diode combined guiding magnetic field is given. Then, the magnetic field configuration of solenoid and radial magnetized permanent magnet is theoretically analyzed, and the rationality of the combined guiding magnetic field structure design is obtained. And finally, the relationship between the physical parameters and the magnetic field configuration of the structure is carried out separately. Simulation analysis and particle simulation are carried out to obtain the particle simulation diagram of the axial annular electron beam under the system. The simulation results show good particle transmission effect, which lays the foundation for subsequent structural optimization, experiments and practical applications.
