摘　　要：目的:探讨甲状腺腺叶切除术对甲状腺结节的治疗作用。方法:收治甲状腺结节患者82例,随机分为两组。对照组给予甲状腺次全切除术,观察组给予甲状腺腺叶全切除术,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组住院时间、术中出血量+术后引流量、手术时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节的临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods:82 cases of patients with thyroid nodules were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given subtotal thyroidectomy,and the observation group was given total thyroidectomy,the clinical effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The hospital stay, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage and operation time in the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of thyroidectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules was effective.
