摘　　要：目的:探讨唑来膦酸注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法:收治原发性骨质疏松症患者80例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用碳酸钙D_3片治疗,试验组采用碳酸钙D_3片+唑来膦酸注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者血液指标变化和骨密度(BMD)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唑来膦酸注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松的临床疗效理想,能改善患者血液指标和BMD。Objective:To explore the efficacy of zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods:80 patients with primary osteoporosis were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the experimental group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets plus zoledronic acid injection,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,there were significant differences in blood indexes and BMD between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis was ideal,it can improve the blood parameters and BMD of patients.
