微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗无积水肾结石患者的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗无积水肾结石患者的疗效及安全性。方法:收治无积水肾结石患者90例,分两组。对照组开展传统手术治疗,观察组行微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗。比较两组无积水肾结石临床疗效,临床观察和监测指标、手术前后患者生命量表调查分值;不良预后情况。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床观察和监测指标和生命量表调查分值均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良预后少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无积水肾结石患者行微创经皮肾镜取石术疗效理想,恢复快,创伤小,有效减少不良预后,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of patients with nephrolithiasis without hydronephrosis.Methods:90 patients with nephrolithiasis without hydronephrosis were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with traditional operation,while the observation group underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The clinical efficacy,clinical observation and monitoring indicators, life scale scores before and after surgery,and adverse prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical observation and monitoring indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the life scale of the observation group after operation was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse prognosis of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is effective in the treatment of patients with nephrolithiasis without hydronephrosis,with rapid recovery and less trauma,effectively reducing poor prognosis and improving patients' quality of life.
