摘  要:目的:观察3%硼酸溶液联合薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗面部脂溢性皮炎临床疗效。方法:将面部脂溢性皮炎患者100例随机分两组,试验组70例给予0.3%硼酸溶液及薇诺娜柔润保湿霜外用治疗,对照组30例给予氧化锌软膏外用治疗,观察效果。结果:治疗2周后观察,试验组有效率68.6%,对照组有效率46.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗第30天观察,试验组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:0.3%硼酸溶液及薇诺娜柔润保湿霜治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效良好,安全可行。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of 3% boric acid solution combined with winona moisture & softening cream in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.Methods:100 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into the two groups.70 cases in the experimental group were treated with 0.3% boric acid combined with winona moisture & softening cream,while 30 cases in the control group were treated with zinc oxide ointment,we observed the effect.Result:After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 68.6% and that of the control group was 46.7%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).On the 30th day of treatment,the effective rate was 90.0% in the experimental group and 66.7% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.005). Conclusion:0.3% boric acid combined with winona moisture & softening cream are effective,safe and feasible in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.
