精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨在剖宫产术中应用精细化护理对产妇康复效果和护理质量的影响。方法:收治剖宫产术的产妇80例,随机平分两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规产科护理,观察组加以精细化护理,对比两组手术相关指标、产妇并发症发生情况、产妇术后乳汁分泌情况以及护理满意度。结果:观察组手术时间、恶露干净时间、术后1 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肛门排气时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率7.50%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组48 h内开始分泌乳汁率、泌乳量充足率以及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于行剖宫产术的产妇,给予精细化护理模式可显著缩短手术时间,减少术后并发症的发生,促进产妇术后康复,有利于术后早期泌乳,提高产妇护理满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of meticulous nursing in cesarean section on the rehabilitation effect and nursing quality of parturient.Methods:80 parturients undergoing cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was given routine obstetric care,while the observation group was given meticulous care,the operation related indicators, complications,milk secretion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,lochia cleaning time,VAS score after one day of operation and the anal exhaust time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.50%, significantly less than 20% in the control group(P<0.05).The lactation rate,lactation adequacy ratio and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group within 48 h(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the parturients undergoing cesarean section,meticulous nursing mode can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the occurrence of complications,promote the recovery of parturients after operation,help early lactation after operation,and improve maternal nursing satisfaction.
