老年肺癌患者围手术期呼吸道护理效果分析26例

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年肺癌患者围手术期呼吸道护理管理效果。方法:收治手术治疗的老年肺癌患者26例,随机平分两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行呼吸道护理干预。结果:观察组胸腔引流时间(4.4±1.1)d,术后住院时间(11.3±4.3)d;对照组胸腔引流时间(5.8±1.5)d,术后住院时间(16.9±5.2)d;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组未发生肺部并发症,护理满意度92.4%;对照组发生并发症2例,并发症发生率15.4%,护理满意度76.9%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强术前呼吸道相关知识健康指导、术后呼吸道管理是做好老年肺癌患者围手术期呼吸道管理的重要措施,可以明显提高护理质量。Objective:To explore the effect of respiratory tract nursing management in elderly patients with lung cancer during perioperative period.Methods:26 elderly patients with lung cancer treated by surgery were selected,they were randomly equally divided into the two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given respiratory tract nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Results:In the observation group,the drainage time of the chest was(4.4±1.1)d, the postoperative hospital stay was(11.3±4.3)d,the chest drainage time of the control group was(5.8±1.5)d,and the postoperative hospital stay was(16.9 ± 5.2)d,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05); there were no pulmonary complications in the observation group,the nursing satisfaction was 92.4%,the control group had 2 complications,the complication rate was 15.4%,and the nursing satisfaction was 76.9%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening preoperative respiratory tract related knowledge health guidance and postoperative respiratory management is an important measure for perioperative respiratory management in elderly patients with lung cancer,which can significantly improve the quality of care.
