手外伤术后住院患者早期综合康复治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨手外伤术后住院患者早期综合康复治疗的疗效。方法:收治手外伤术后住院患者90例,随机分为两组。对照组给予简单治疗,试验组给予早期综合康复治疗,比较两组满意率、手部功能改善时间、治疗前后手部功能相关评价指标(PPT、MMDT以及TAM)及并发症发生率。结果:试验组满意率高于对照组,手部功能改善时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后手部功能相关评价指标(PPT、MMDT以及TAM)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合康复治疗手外伤术后住院患者可有效改善手功能,缩短康复时间。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on postoperative patients with hand injuries.Methods:90 cases of hospitalized patients with hand injury were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given simple treatment,and the experiment group was given early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,the satisfaction rate,improvement time of hand function(PPT,MMDT and TAM)before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications between the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,the improvement time of hand function was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The indexes of PPT, MMDT and TAM in the experiment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation could improve the hand function effectively and shorten the rehabilitation time of postoperative patients with hand injuries.
