摘  要:目的:满足大批量农业土壤污染调查样品中有效态铅和镉的分析要求。方法:采用DTPA作提取剂,建立了相应的ICP-MS检测方法,对土壤中的有效态镉和铅进行了分析。结果:在优化的ICP-MS条件下,有效态镉和铅在1~200μg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,方法的相对标准偏差<6%,用国家土壤标准物质进行紧密度和准确度的验证,相对误差<5%,测定结果和国标一致。结论:与国家标准方法 GB/T237239-2209相比,超声提取ICP-MS法简单快捷、检出限低,具有良好的准确度和精密度,可以实现对土壤中有效态镉和铅的高效测定。Objective:To meet the analysis requirements of effective lead and cadmium in large quantities of agricultural soil pollution samples.Methods:Using DTPA as extractant,the corresponding ICP-MS detection method was established to analyze the available cadmium and lead in soil.Results:Under the optimized ICP-MS conditions,the effective cadmium and lead had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 1~200 μg/L.The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 6%. The compactness and accuracy of the method were verified with the national soil reference material.The relative error was less than 5%.The results were in agreement with the national standard.Conclusion:Compared with the national standard method GB/ T237239-2209,the ultrasonic extraction-ICP-MS method is simple,rapid,low detection limit,with good accuracy and precision, and can be used for the determination of available cadmium and lead in soil.
