摘  要:通过不同氮磷添加及控水实验,探讨不同氮磷比及土壤水分添加处理对刨花楠叶片相对含水量(LRWC)及比叶重(LMA)的影响。结果表明:(1)不同氮磷比添加处理对刨花楠叶片LRWC有显著影响,且随着处理时长的变化而变化,但对其叶片LMA则表现为短期(4周)差异不明显,中后期(8~12周)存在明显差异;(2)受干旱胁迫处理后的叶片LRWC在初期(4周)与对照叶片存在显著差异,但中后期(8~12周)则差异不明显;受干旱胁迫处理后的叶片LMA小于对照叶片;(3)不同氮磷比及水分复合处理对刨花楠叶片LRWC与LMA均有显著影响。研究结果可为开展刨花楠优良苗木培育及选择适合的人工造林地环境等提供重要依据。Different nitrogen and phosphorus ratio additions and water control experiments were conducted to discussed their effects on leaf relative water content(LRWC)and leaf mass area(LMA)of Machilus pauhoi.The results showed that significant effects of different nitrogen and phosphorus ratio additions on LRWC of M.pauhoi were detected,and the effects varied with the change of treatment time.No significant differences were observed under short-term(i.e.after four weeks of treatment)nitrogen and phosphorus ratio additions,but obvious differences were detected with the increasing treatment time(i.e.from eight to twelve weeks of treatment).Secondly,there were significant differences on LRWC between drought stress treatment and the control.However,leaves under drought stress treatment showed no significant differences from the control with the increasing treatment time.LMA under drought stress treatment were lower than that of the control.Finally,different nitrogen and phosphorus ratio as well as water additions had significant effects on LRWC and LMA of M.pauhoi.The results will provide important guide for carrying out fine seedling cultivation and selecting the suitable artificial woodland environment of M.pauhoi.
