摘 要:为提供大果木莲容器苗培育基质优良配方,本文以泥炭、椰糠、珍珠岩为基质原料,设计了21种不同基质组合配比,通过对大果木莲苗高、地径、高径比和生物量等的观测比较,并采用隶属函数值法进行综合评价。结果表明:不同基质配比,其苗高、地径和生物量存在显著差异,在泥炭土含量较高的基质中大果木莲生长表现优良,最优的基质配比为泥炭土∶珍珠岩=3∶2。The purpose of this paper is to provide an optimal formula for container seedlings substrate of Manglietia grandis seedling.The test was based on21different formula of matrix,which selection of peat soil,cocoon and perlite3different culture matrix.The observations of height,ground diameter and biomass of M.grandis container seedlings on different media were compared and the subordinate function value analysis is used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that there were significant differences in seedling height,ground diameter and biomass between different culture matrix.In the medium with higher content of peat soil,the growth performance of M.grandis was excellent,and the optimal formula of matrix was peat soil∶perlite=3∶2.
