摘 要:以中红麻3号、中红麻16号、中杂红328号、红麻K1703A、红麻H1701、红麻H1704等6个红麻品种为试验材料,进行中轻度镉污染农田土壤修复试验,对镉胁迫下红麻植株不同器官镉的累积、转运和富集特性进行了研究。结果表明:6个红麻品种各器官的镉富集情况为叶>茎>根>花,各器官富集系数范围为2. 08~17. 08,各器官转移系数范围为0. 45~13. 15,红麻栽种后的土壤镉含量明显下降。综上所述,6种红麻都具有较强的吸收和转运重金属镉的能力,植株内存在较好的镉运输机制,可以用来治理土壤镉污染。The soil remediation experiments of mildly and moderately cadmium(Cd) contaminated farmland were carried out with six different varieties of kenaf : China Kenaf No.3,China Kenaf No.16,China hybrid kenaf No.328,kenaf K1703A,H1701 and H1704,to explore the phytoremedial capability of kenaf.The results showed that the cadmium concentration of 6 varieties of kenaf was leaf> stem > root > flower,the enrichment coefficient of each organ ranged from 2.08 to 17.08,and the transfer coefficient of each organ ranged from 0.45 to 13.15.The content of cadmium in the soil was decreased obviously after the planting.In conclusion,all 6 kinds of kenaf have strong ability to absorb,transfer and collect heavy metal cadmium and have good cadmium transport mechanism in the body,which can be used to control soil cadmium pollution.
