摘 要:针对目前修井作业中高压水射流刺洗清蜡方式工作效率低、污染作业环境的问题,提出了一种利用高温蒸汽作为清洗介质的油管在线清蜡装置,使得在起出油管的过程中对其外壁结蜡进行清除,以达到清蜡作业更加高效环保的目的。首先建立了喷孔射流性能的评价指标,以射流主体段、离散段的长度之和,射流速度、射流动压以及清洗面积作为评价指标,其次采用FLUENT软件对清蜡过程中装置的射流流场进行了数值模拟,研究了装置的机械冲击作用,并对比分析了不同结构喷孔的射流性能,最后利用评价指标优选出了射流性能最好的喷孔结构。结果表明:锥直Ⅰ型喷孔的射流性能最好,优选其作为油管在线清蜡装置的射流喷孔。With respect to the problem of low work efficiency and pollution of working environment of paraffin removal method with high-pressure waterjet thorn washing in current well workover,an on-line paraffin removal device using high-temperature steam as the cleaning medium for oil pipe was proposed to remove paraffin on the outer wall of oil pipe during the process of lifting it,so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning operations being more efficient and environmentally friendly. First of all,the evaluation indexes of nozzle jet performance were established,which are the sum of the lengths of the main section and the discrete section of the jet, the velocity and dynamic pressure of the jet,and cleaning area. Secondly,the jet flow field of the device in paraffin removal process was numerically simulated using Fluent software,and the mechanical impact of the device was studied,and the jet performance of the nozzle with different structures was compared and analyzed. Finally,the nozzle structure with the best jet performance was selected using the evaluation indexes. The results show that the jet performance of cone straight type I nozzle was the best,and it was preferentially chosen as the jet nozzle of the paraffin removal device.
