摘 要:要降低空压机系统能耗,则必须首先识别出空压机关键能耗影响因素。通过分析正常运行状态下影响空压机能耗的单元,定义了空压机系统边界;基于粗糙集理论与网络层次分析法对空压机能耗影响因素进行识别与评价;利用Aspen Plus软件对两级离心式空压机进行建模仿真,采用控制变量法改变不同参数,得到不同因素对空压机系统能耗的影响规律,获得离心式空压机关键能耗影响因素,从而为实际工程中空压机系统节能降耗提供参考与借鉴。Reducing the energy consumption of air compressor systems has always been the focus of research in the field of industry,therefore,it is essential to identify the key energy consumption factors for the air compressors.The boundary of air compressor system was defined by analyzing the unit energy consumption of the air compressor in normal operation. The energy consumption factors of air compressor were identified and evaluated based on the rough set theory and analytic network process. The two-stage centrifugal compressor was simulated by the Aspen Plus,control variables were used to change different parameters,the impact of different factors on the energy consumption of the air compressor system was studied, the key factors influencing the energy consumption of the centrifugal air compressor were obtained. The results can provide reference for the energy conservation of air compressor system in practical engineering.
