摘 要:试验研究了蒸发器侧空气流量及用水量对空气源热泵热水机的换热特性的影响。结果表明:蒸发器侧空气流量和水箱出水流量对水箱的水温影响很大;蒸发器空气侧流量越大,蒸发器出口温度越高,随着空气流量从大到小,蒸发器出口温度分别提高了10.20,8.90,5.70℃;系统瞬时COP随着蒸发器空气侧空气流量的增大而增大,而在同一空气流量下,瞬时COP随着时间的增加而减少,瞬时COP下降率分别为1.53%,2.05%,2.92%;故障工况下蒸发器空气侧空气流量对机组瞬时COP的影响很大,机组在故障工况下的瞬时能效比很低,且能效比波动符合换热强弱交替的变化趋势。The influence of air flow and water consumption on the heat transfer characteristics of air source heat pump water heater was studied experimentally. The results show that the air flow on the evaporator side and the outlet flow of the water tank have a great influence on the water temperature of the water tank. The higher the air side flow of evaporator is,the higher the outlet temperature of evaporator will be,and as the air flow changes from large to small,the evaporator outlet temperature was increased by 10.20,8.90,5.70 ℃,respectively. The instantaneous COP of the system increased with the increase of the air flow on the evaporator side,and decreased with time under the same air flow. The instantaneous COP decrease rates were 1.53 %,2.05 % and 2.92 % respectively. The air flow on the evaporator air side has a great influence on the instantaneous COP of the unit under the fault condition, the instantaneous COP of the unit under the fault condition was very low,and the fluctuation of the COP accords with the changing trend of alternating heat exchange intensity.
