输胶喉管电气连接可靠性测试的研究

摘　　要：文章提出一种能够快速检测输胶喉管两端的航空插头连接质量的检测设备,有效地解决了输胶喉管两端的航空插头连接处造成的设备故障。同时该检测设备还可以针对一定数量合格品与不合格品的测试数据进行统计分析,从而形成可供长期使用的合格品检验数据标准。Article puts forward a kind of can quickly detect lose rubber pipes on both ends of the aviation plug connection quality testing equipment,effectively solve the lose the aviation plug connection of the glue on both ends of the pipes caused by equipment failure.At the same time, the test equipment can also analyze the test data of a certain number of quality and non-conforming products,thus forming the standard of quality inspection data for long-term use.
