摘　　要：从皖南民间传统手工艺中,探究传统手工艺非物质文化遗的保护与传承。对民间手工艺知识产权的保护;建立和开发手"织花带"工艺作坊;以新专业发展为契机,建立民间艺人工作室;设置"织花带"手工艺花纹图案设计产权;多层次的进行市场开发和研制新产品,旨在促使更多的人了解和关注传统手工艺,为其它手工艺的发展提供一定的借鉴与参考。This paper explores the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of traditional handicraft from the folk traditional handicraft in southern Anhui.Protection of intellectual property rights of folk handicrafts;The establishment and development of hand"weave flower belt"craft workshop;With the new professional development as an opportunity,the establishment of folk artists studio;Set that property right of the handicraft pattern design of the weave pattern belt;Multi-level market development and development of new products,aimed at promoting more people to understand and pay attention to traditional crafts,for the development of other crafts to provide some reference and reference.
