摘 要:为推动铸造废砂在混凝土中地应用,通过测试不同龄期的抗压强度、干燥收缩和碳化深度,研究了铸造废砂对硬化混凝土强度和耐久性的影响。结果表明:铸造废砂显著降低了混凝土早期抗压强度,但其后期强度逐渐赶上了基准混凝土;增加了混凝土干燥收缩,应注意其开裂敏感性;其对混凝土抗碳化性能的影响与对抗压强度的影响相近;铸造废砂劣化了混凝土孔结构,随着龄期地增加,其孔结构与基准混凝土相近。In order to promote the waste foundry sand in the application of concrete,the effect of waste foundry sand on the strength and durability of hardened concrete was studied by testing the compressive strength,drying shrinkage and carbonation depth at the different ages.The results indicate that waste foundry sand reduces greatly the early compressive strength,and however,the later strength of concrete with waste foundry sand catches gradually up with that of the reference concrete with river sand;the waste foundry sand increases the drying shrinkage of concrete,so its cracking sensitivity should be paid attention to;the effect of waste foundry sand on the carbonization resistance of concrete is similar to that on the compressive strength of concrete;the waste foundry sand deteriorates the pore structure of concrete,and with the increase of the ages,its pore structure is similar to that of the reference concrete.
