摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病相关淋巴瘤(ARL)的CT、MR特征性影像表现与病理。方法回顾性分析36例艾滋病相关淋巴瘤患者的CT、MRI表现与病理结果。结果 ARL主要为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,单纯结内病变比例低。结内病变主要表现为广泛淋巴结肿大。结外病变发生率高,多表现为肌肉相仿的软组织肿物,相比与其他恶性肿瘤T2WI信号较低,DWI明显弥散受限;强化均呈轻中度强化;瘤体密度或信号相对均匀,肿块较大时较易出现坏死,瘤体内可见固有解剖结构的存留及周围侵犯程度相对较轻为其主要特点。结论艾滋病相关淋巴瘤以非霍奇金淋巴瘤为主,广泛累及全身各部位,CT、MR影像学表现具有一定的特征性,对临床具有重要的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。Objective To investigate the CT and MR imaging feature and pathology of AIDS related lymphoma (ARL). Methods The CT, MRI and pathological results of 36 cases of ARL were analyzed retrospectively. Results ARL mainly was non-hodgkin's lymphoma, The pure lymph nodes disease had a lower proportion in ARL, the main imaging findings were swollen lymph nodes of the whole body. The external diseases had the high incidence, always Showed the similar muscle soft tissue mass, T 2WI was lower than other malignant tumor. DWI clearly can diffuse limits. The tumor was mildly-moderately enhanced. The density or signal of the tumor was relatively uniform, and it was more prone to necrosis when larger. Persistence of the intrinsic anatomical structure in the tumor was its main characteristics. Conclusion The aids-related lymphoma is mainly non-hodgkin's lymphoma, and is widely involved in all parts of the body. CT and MR imaging findings have important diagnostic and differential diagnostic value for clinical work.
