摘  要:以竹溶解浆为纤维素原料,氯化钙、碳酸钠为反应物,在1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐/二甲基亚砜(EmimAc/DMSO)的有机体系中溶解纤维素和氯化钙;将纤维素/(EmimAc/DMSO)溶液涂布在玻璃板上形成再生纤维素膜,然后将其放入碳酸钠的水溶液中进行凝浴,制备了碳酸钙-再生纤维素复合材料膜。FESEM、EDS、Raman和XRD测试结果表明:在含有氯化钙的再生纤维素膜中,氯化钙与碳酸钠发生原位沉淀反应,所产生的方解石型碳酸钙晶体负载到纤维素分子上,由此可以制备组织结构均匀的碳酸钙-再生纤维素复合材料。这种通过原位沉淀所制成的复合材料膜,其组织结构均匀,各种性能将得到进一步的提高。Using bamboo dissolving pulp as the cellulose material, calcium chloride and sodium carbonate as the precipitation reactant, cellulose and calcium chloride were dissolved in the solvent mixed of 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole acetate and dimethyl sulfoxide (EmimAc/DMSO), then the cellulose/calcium chloride EmimAc/DMSO solution was coated on a glass plate to form regenerated cellulose film, the wet film with glass plate was dipped in sodium carbonate aqueous solution, at last the calcium carbonate/regenerated cellulose composite film was prepared. The results of FESEM, EDS, Raman and XRD show that calcium chloride exists in regenerated cellulose film can react with calcium chloride in the aqueous to form calcite style calcium carbonate crystal, and the crystal particles are adhered in the film very uniformly, so this method could be used to prepare calcium carbonate-regenerated cellulose composite film. The film made by the method of in situ precipitation is very uniformly, so the characteristics and performance can be improved greatly.
