摘 要:提出了一种利用直流微电网供电,使用无刷直流电动机(BLDC)驱动的电梯系统。利用MATLAB软件搭建了BLDC电梯系统的仿真模型,得出了电梯四象限运行状态图,并设计了电梯系统的样机,利用FPGA作为控制器实现了电梯系统的闭环控制。对电梯系统空载及负载状态下的电梯上下运行工况进行了分析,并提出使用再生制动替代蜗轮制动,从而可充分利用可再生能源。By the development of DC micro-grid and the characteristics of BLDC, a kind of elevator system which is powered by DC micro-grid and driven by BLDC is proposed. The electromechanical integration simulation model is developed by using MATLAB software, and the four-quadrant operation of the elevator is simulated. A prototype of the elevator system is designed, and the closed loop control of the elevator system is realized by FPGA. Meanwhile, the elevator operation situation, no-load/load and upward/downward motions are analyzed. To make full use of renewable energy, the idea of using regenerative braking method to replace worm wheel braking method is proposed in this paper.
