摘 要:针对井控设备耐压合格检测的需求,基于NI的USB数据采集卡以及LabVIEW虚拟仪器组态软件设计了一套井控设备耐压检测的计算机测控实验系统。该系统实现了气动增压泵的启停控制,高低压压力信号的实时采集,试压全流程自动控制,试压数据的提取与保存,试压是否合格的自动判定,试压报告的自动生成和打印等功能。该系统已在某管具公司试压车间成功应用,运行状况良好,可以有效解决人工试压危险性高,效率低,结果不准确的弊端,可为油田现场用户提供准确的试压结果,同时可以提高试压过程的自动化水平。For the demands of the well-control equipment pressure qualified test, a computer experimental system of the well-control equipment pressure test was designed based on USB data acquisition card and by using NI and virtual instrument configuration software LabVIEW. This system has some functions including start-stop control of the pneumatic pump; real-time acquisition of pressure signal for high pressure sensor and low pressure sensor; automatic control in complete flow scheme for pressure test; extraction and conservation of pressure test data; automatic decision for pressure test results; automatic generation and printing of pressure test report etc. This system has been successfully used in pressure test shop in certain tubes company and its running state is well. This system can effectively resolve some drawback of manmade pressure test such as high risk, low efficiency and inaccurate results, can provide accurate pressure test results for oilfield customers, and can improve automation level of pressure qualified test.
