摘  要:系统综合实验的开设在射频电路实验教学中占有重要地位。为了设计出既适合射频教学又具有专业特色的实验项目,尝试将科研项目成果引入到实验教学环节,开设了基于先进设计系统(ADS)的高频雷达接收机仿真实验。该实验以一个高频地波雷达系统为原型,结合实际的设计指标,利用ADS仿真软件的行为级功能模块,来完成雷达射频前端系统的设计与建模,并对雷达接收机的灵敏度、增益、频带选择性、动态范围等重要指标进行仿真验证,评估系统性能,进而掌握射频系统设计的关键点和主要思路。实践表明,该实验能够较好地将理论与实践结合起来,培养学生结合应用背景来分析设计指标的能力,激发学生对射频工程的兴趣,锻炼学生分析并解决实际问题的意识和思维,达到了预期的效果。The system comprehensive experiment plays an important role in radio frequency circuit experimental teaching. In order to design suitable and professional experimental projects, we attempt to integrate teachers’ research into teaching, and design the simulation experiment of High Frequency Radar Receiver Based on ADS. With the design of high frequency surface wave radar (HFSWR) system and the requirement of design, this experiment asks students to complete the design and model of RF system based on the behavior function module of simulation software, and then assess the performance of the system from the important characteristics of the receiver such as sensitivity, gain, frequency selectivity coefficient and dynamic range. The results show that theory and practice are combined effectively in this experiment, which is helpful to cultivate students’ capacity in parameter analysis from application background, stimulate students’ interest in RF engineering, improve the students’ ability to analyze and solve practical problems, and achieve the desired effects.
