摘　　要：企业伦理决策的研究成果显示学者们的研究思路是沿袭西蒙的有限理性行为决策理论,而现实与其研究结果都呈现出把行为决策理论的研究方法应用于企业伦理决策研究的局限性。采用文献调查、观察、比较等方法,研究企业伦理决策中决策主体的认知结构和决策方案与情境的匹配性,建构自然决策理论视角下的伦理决策模型;利用自然决策理论,从系统的观念、动态的视角研究企业伦理决策机理。创新之处在于将自然决策理论引入企业伦理决策研究领域,建构了企业伦理决策研究体系。结果表明:企业伦理决策是伦理决策主体与客体进行方案与情境匹配的过程。Most of researches in business ethical decision research field are based on behavior decision theory. However, the reality and the result of the research all show that the theory has limitation when it is used in ethical decision making. Using literature investigation, observation, and comparison, this article applies the perspective of naturalistic decision-making theory to research ethical decision. The main contributions are the following: comparing the difference between the different decision theory and lead the naturalistic decision-making theory into ethical decision area; building the theory hypothesis of human nature under naturalistic decision-making theory; Builtding the Environment People Context Match Decision model.
