摘　　要：介绍中盐吉兰泰盐化集团有限公司纯碱厂包装结构、包装工作原理及电子元件不同程度的老化。同时存在故障频繁,检修困难的问题。选用UVIPOLSF708称重控制器来代替原控制系统(PLC和称重控制器)。The article introduced the different aging of electrical components in packaging structure and working principle of Jilantai soda plant.It is frequent failures and troubleshooting.The UVIPOLSE708 weighing controller is used to replace the original control system (PLC and weighing controller).
