翻转瘢痕瓣在鼻头修复中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在鼻整形修复中应用鼻尖上区的瘢痕组织细化鼻尖,加强鼻尖的塑形效果。方法:观察笔者医院2016年-2017年18例隆鼻术后1年以上出现"鹦鹉嘴"畸形,所有就医者均采用鼻尖上区的瘢痕组织细化鼻尖结构;随访3个月～1年,观察治疗效果。结果:18例就医者鼻尖突出度和鼻尖形态均获得显著改善,鼻尖形态自然、圆润而俊俏,同时无皮肤或黏膜破损、感染等并发症的发生,随访3个月～1年,鼻尖形态稳定,效果满意。结论:鼻整形修复中应用鼻尖上区的瘢痕细化鼻尖,可加强鼻尖的塑形效果,更好控制鼻尖形态,值得临床推广应用。Objective To enhance the shaping effect of the nasal tip by using nasal tip scar tissue refined the nasal tip,in the secondery rhinoplasty.Methods Observed in our hospital from 2016-2017,18 patients with parrot mouth deformity after rhinoplasty more than 1 year the author used the nasal tip scar tissue to refine the nasal tip structure during the secondery rhinoplasty.Follow-up 3 months to 1 year.Results The tip protrusion and morphology improved significantly.The nasal tip was natural,rounded and handsome,with no complications such as skin or mucous membrane damage,infection.Follow-up 3 months to 1 year,the nasal tip shape was stable and the effect was satisfactory.Conclusion The method using nasal tip scar to refine the nasal tip enhanced the shaping effect of the nasal tip in the secondery rhinoplasty,improved the outward appearance satisfaction,which is worth popularizing.
