摘 要:目的:探讨电脑三维塑形钛网实施颅骨缺损修补手术治疗的效果及外观满意度。方法:选取笔者医院神经外科2012年2月-2017年9月手术治疗的120例颅骨缺损患者进行回顾性分析,根据患者选用的修复材料分为A组60例采用电脑三维塑形钛网实施颅骨缺损修补手术、B组60例采用手工塑形钛网实施颅骨修补手术;对比两组的骨窗面积、去骨瓣减压术后时间、手术时间、手术出血量、钛钉用量、住院时间、并发症发生率及术后患者外观满意度等情况。结果:A组的骨窗面积、去骨瓣减压术后时间、术后住院时间与B组比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);A组的手术时间、手术出血量、钛钉用量均显著低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率为5.00%低于B组的16.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组外观满意率91.67%高于B组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电脑三维塑形钛网实施颅骨缺损修补手术治疗能够减少手术时间、手术出血量及并发症发生率,提高患者外观修复满意度。Objective To explore the effect and appearance satisfaction of computerized three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh for the treatment of skull defect repair surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 120 patients with skull defects who underwent surgical treatment from February 2012 to September 2017 in our hospital.According to the repair materials selected by the patients,60 patients in group A used computerized three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh for skull defect repair surgery,and 60 patients in group B were treated with manual shaping titanium mesh for skull repair surgery.The bone window area,postoperative time of decompressive valve decompression,surgical bleeding volume,titanium nail dosage,hospitalization time,incidence of complications,and appearance satisfaction of postoperative patients were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the bone window area,postoperative time of decompressive craniectomy,and postoperative hospital stay between group A and group B(P>0.05).The operation time,the amount of surgical bleeding,and the amount of titanium nail in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in group A was 5.00% lower than that in group B(16.67%,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of appearance in group A was 91.67%higher than that in group B(75.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The computerized three-dimensional shaping titanium mesh for the treatment of skull defect repair surgery can reduce the operation time,reduce the amount of surgical bleeding and complications,and improve the satisfaction of the appearance of the patient.
