摘　　要：目的:观察聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿混合型血管瘤的疗效。方法:选取119例婴幼儿混合型血管瘤患者,采用聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗,定期观察瘤体的大小、颜色、质地及并发症,随访6个月,根据治疗次数及瘤体缩小情况评价疗效。结果:采用聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿混合型血管瘤,治疗2～8次,总有效率87.39%。治疗中发现,疗效与患儿年龄、瘤体的薄厚程度有关(P<0.05),瘤体越薄,治疗次数越少;瘤体越厚,治疗次数越多。皮损发病部位对疗效影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:聚桂醇联合Nd:YAG激光治疗婴幼儿混合型血管瘤安全、有效,不良反应少。Objective To observe the effects of lauromacrogol combined with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of infantile mixed hemangioma.Methods 119 cases of infantile mixed hemangiomas in our hospital were treated with lauromacrogol combined with Nd:YAG laser.The size,color,texture and complications of hemangioma were observed regularly.All patients were followed up for 6 months,and the curative effect was evaluated according to the number of treatments and the reduction of tumor size at the end of treatment.Results Using lauromacrogol combined with Nd:YAG laser therapy for infantile mixed hemangiomas,after 2~8 times of treatment,the total effective rate was 87.39%.The curative effect was related to the age of the children and the thickness of the tumor(P<0.05),the thinner the tumor,the fewer times of treatment,the thicker the tumor,the more times of treatment,there was no significant difference in the effect of lesion site on the curative effect(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of lauromacrogol with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of infantile mixed hemangioma is safe and effective,and low complication occurrence.
