摘　　要：目的:探讨调Q1064nm激光和调Q755nm激光治疗婴幼儿太田痣的治疗效果及预后情况。方法:选取2016年11月-2017年11月笔者医院收治的太田痣婴幼儿90例,随机分为两组,对照组应用调Q翠绿宝石755nm激光治疗,研究组应用调Q1 064nm激光治疗。比较两种方法治疗婴幼儿太田痣的疗效、并发症发生率、治疗次数以及不同皮损颜色的疗效。结果:研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗次数及并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗蓝色、褐色皮损效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:婴幼儿太田痣的治疗过程中,调Q1 064nm激光的治疗效果较好,值得临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and prognosis of Q1 064nm laser and Q755nm laser in the treatment of infant Ota.Methods A total of 90 cases of children with nevus of ota admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.To compare the efficacy,incidence of complications,frequency of treatment,color of skin lesions and efficacy of the two methods in treating infantile nevus of ota.Results The curative effect of the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of treatments in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of blue and brown skin lesions in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of infant taitian nevus,the treatment effect of q-switched 1 064nm laser is good,which should be further applied and popularized in clinic.
