面部脂肪室的解剖及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：通过查阅与面部脂肪室相关的文献,对面部脂肪室相关解剖研究、脂肪室在面部老化过程中的改变及其临床应用进行综述,分析总结其研究进展及临床应用。既往面部脂肪被认为是以整体存在,并且在面部衰老过程中发生着同样的变化。但近年的研究表明,面部脂肪是以区室化形式被分割成多个独立的脂肪室,并且在面部老化过程中,浅层脂肪室的体积随年龄增大而变大,而深层脂肪室的体积随年龄增大而变小,并且在临床中可通过对不同层面的不同脂肪室进行填充,从而精准地实现面部年轻化或改善面部轮廓。面部脂肪室的出现为研究面部老化机制提供了新的探索思路,也为实施精准的面部年轻化提供了理论基础。To review the progress of anatomy related to facial fat compartments,the changes of fat compartments during facial aging and its clinical applications.The literature related to facial fat compartments was reviewed,and its research progress and clinical application were analyzed and summarized.In the past,it was thought that facial fat was present in a manner,and the same changes took place during the aging of the face.However,recent studies have shown that facial fat is divided into a plurality of independent fat compartment in the form of compartmentalization,and in the facial aging process,the volume of the superficial fat compartments increases with age,and the volume of the deep fat compartments decreases with age.In addition,the filling of different fat compartments at different levels can precisely achieve facial rejuvenation or improve facial contours.The appearance of facial fat compartments provides a new exploration idea for the study of facial aging mechanism,which provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of accurate facial rejuvenation.
