摘  要:寒地村镇生态资源总体水平在国内排位靠前,但由于近些年人类对生态资源过度的开发,导致生态环境每况愈下。如何在城乡建设与生态建设矛盾突出的情况下,保护寒地村镇绿色基础设施、恢复或提升其生态系统服务功能,是当前学术界和政府部门关注的重点。本文通过基于单位面积价值当量因子的方法对太平湖小镇绿色基础设施的生态系统服务功能价值进行评估,提出对寒地村镇湿地、河流、森林等安全格局的保护策略,旨在应对寒地村镇开发中产生的生态问题。通过该方法整合自然和人工环境要素,并深层次挖掘寒地村镇自然资源和环境条件,充分展示寒冷地区的独特魅力,推进城镇经济建设和生态保护共同发展。The overall level of ecological resources of the cold rural place is relatively high in China, but the ecological environment is getting worse due to the excessive exploitation of ecological resources by human in recent years. How to protect the green infrastructure and restore or enhance the ecosystem service function of the cold rural place under the prominent contradiction between urban and rural construction and ecological construction is the focus of current academic circles and government decision-making departments. Based on the method of value equivalent factor per unit area, this paper evaluates the ecosystem service function value of the green infrastructure in the Taiping Lake town, and puts forward the protection strategy for the safety pattern of the wetland、river and forest in the cold rural place, in order to deal with the ecological problems in the development of the cold rural place. This method integrates natural and artificial environment elements, deeply excavates the natural resources and environmental conditions of the cold rural place, fully demonstrates the unique charm of cold region, promotes the common development of urban economic construction and ecological protection, and realizes the coordination of ecology, society and economy.
