摘 要:哈尔滨现存很多欧式老建筑,这些老建筑中广泛使用钢轨砖筒拱楼盖结构,这种楼盖不同于现在的梁板结构,铁轨不是梁,砖筒拱也不是板,二者不是独立工作,而是有机地组合在一起,充分发挥了钢材的抗拉性能和砖石的抗压性能,是一种合理的楼盖结构形式。但是这些老建筑由于年久失修,大多数楼盖结构存在不同程度的损坏,因此,对这种非常规楼盖结构的加固技术研究势在必行。There are many old European buildings in Harbin. Brick-tube arch floor structure is widely used in these old buildings. This floor is different from the existing beam-slab structure. Rail track is not a beam, brick-tube arch is not a slab. They do not work independently, but are organically combined, which fully exerts the tensile properties of steel and the compressive properties of masonry. This kind of floor is a reasonable form of floor structure. However, most of these old buildings are damaged to varying degrees due to their disrepair. Therefore, it is imperative to study the reinforcement technology of this unconventional floor structure.
