中草药提取物对热应激状态下后备母鸡生产性能的影响

摘　　要：为研究中草药提取物对热应激状态下后备母鸡生产性能的影响,试验随机选取1日龄的广西麻鸡母苗6 000只为试验动物,进行为期120 d的饲养试验。试验鸡群随机分为对照组和试验组,每组3个重复组。试验组饲喂基础饲粮+300 mg·kg^(-1)中草药提取物的试验饲粮,对照组饲喂基础饲粮。结果表明,试验组在整个后备鸡饲养阶段的体重、成活率、体重均匀度均高于对照组,热应激不良反应低于对照组,说明中草药提取物能缓解后备母鸡的热应激反应。The feeding test was conducted to evaluate the effect of Chinese herb PE on the performance of reserve hens under heat stress. Six thousand Guangxi partridge hens which were just out of shell were randomly assigned to two groups, each group had three repeat. Control group was provided with basic diet, while test group was fed with basic diets added to 300 mg·kg-1 Chinese herb PE for 120 days. The results showed that the body weight, survival rate and body weight uniformity of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group, and the adverse ef? fects of heat stress were lower than those of the control group. The conclusion of the study was Chinese herb PE could alleviate the heat stress response of reserve hens.
